About Jem

I’m Jem Yoshioka , an Illustrator and all-round nice gal from Wellington, New Zealand.

I work with the group Collective Noun as an illustrator, graphic designer, and storyteller.

In 2010 I won the Mix and Mash Supreme Remix Award for ‘An Opal Dream Cave‘, retelling a Katherine Mansfield poem as a comic and using a mashup of Creative Commons licensed material complimented with my illustrations.
